Jerry the bricky has started the block work for the block and beam floor and outer skin.

First brick below:

Concrete in the footings today all 23 m3 of it.

Thanks to the work of our groundworks team – we were ready today for the building control man to inspect the trenches. After a nervous wait, we now have the go ahead to pour concrete tomorrow.

Today consisted of lots of making and moving mud..

First visit for the building inspector, scary stuff.
